The Silver Diamond (probably a 240) is a very smooth running engine when tuned properly and valve lash set right. Our L's are not unsually wide, but you would do fine with a 6'-6" car hauler. Wagner makes the repair kit for the master cylinder and wheel cylinders, but I can't find the part number right now. Many of the same parts are interchangable with the L-R-S's.
