old international truck

HI I found a old truck and I am not sure how to tell what year it is or what engine size it is. The vin number is 456850g231084 and the modle is F1850 load star. It has a v8 diesel in it. I would also like some info on stuff to check because this truck has not been run for 5-10 years like how to bleed the fuel system.
