International L-160 title

I bought a 1950 International L-160 that is in great shape but it doesn't have a title. The ohio BMV has no records(this truck spent its life on a farm and was probably never registered). Unfortunatly Ohio will not issue a title on a non registered vehicle and a bill of sale means nothing to them. The easiest route would be to register a title from a scrapped out truck so I could get a historical liscense plate. Does anyone out there happen to have a title or know an easy way to aquire one. I really want to restore this and be able to drive it down the road with something other than a fanny flag.
