we have had 8.2, 3208 and the 466 in IHC and Fords. The 466 is the best of the gang. More dependable, more power and gets better fuel mileage. That 8.2 is a shop wall tender. They do real good once you pull it out lean it on the scrap pile and put a real engine in it's place.
