64 Chevy horn ring

Does anyone know where I can find a horn button trim ring for a 64 Chevy c10 with the "Custom" trim?
It is chrome, half moon shape and follows the contour of the lower half of the steering wheel. The neighbor kid was fooling around in my truck and broke it. @#$*&!!! Thanks to anyone who can help.
