'69 GMC 2500- More Questions

Just would like to hear what you guys think about this truck. Anything I should look for or anything I should fix due to being the "weakest link"? Also, does anyone that lives in PA know if it is more expensive to get insurance on a 1-Ton t-tag dump truck? Guys I have been talking to said it was, another said it wasn't, so I don't know who to believe. Also while the V-6 in this truck make enough torque for pulling a trailer? I have a "Coon tuned" straight 6 292 Chevy that I think would make a nice engine in this truck, and no I really do not prefer a V-8 Chevy ;-)
