Need some advisePosted by R Gottshall on July 24, 2003 at 19:07:50 from (66.66.245.168):
. I have restored a few old trucks , 10 ton and better. My latest is a 1963 / C750. I have worked on a few for friends.I was raised on a farm with a wrench in my hand and can hold my own on most repairs. The question is , Is there enough work or call to open a shop working only on the bigger and older trucks. Trucks from the 30s to the late 70s or do most people work on there own. I live in upstate NY. Thanks for taken the time to read this post.
