69 CST keeps draining battery

My 69 Chevy CST with 396 keeps draining the battery if I leave it connected. It didn't use to do this but the alternator went out and I replaced it and the voltage regulator. Ever since I replaced these two components the battery will be completly drained overnight. Any ideas? Thanks!
