97 3500 Chevy antilock brake problemPosted by Jack on July 30, 2003 at 15:09:24 from (208.47.18.61):
My 97 3500 developed a pulsating problem right about the time I ampulling stop.It is going into antiock mode.I spent over 30 bucks to have the dealer to tell me that they don't know what is wrong but that it had some codes in it.They cleared them but it is still having the same problem.I might drive it a week w/no problems and about the time I think it has cured itself"BAM",does it again. The light has come on before but is now off.It started when I hit a big hole in the road that the county needed to fix.I met a car in the corner and could not avoid the hole.About 100 yards away from the hole the antilock brake light came on and I have been having this problem ever since.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Jack(TN).
