If the wheel cylinders and the jumper lines between the cylinders were changed- you have to make sure that they are positioned EXACTLY as they were before you took them off. If you are are not sure, find another truck that is the same as yours are compare. Take pictures if necessary. We had a Ford F-800 with hydraulic brakes. Did what you did but couldn't get a hard pedal. The jumper lines on the wheel cylinders were positioned wrong. Changed them around-TOP PEDAL. Hope this helps. Phil
