Intermittent air conditioning. Help!!!!!

I have a 1989 Fore Econoline 350 truck that has air conditioning that works fine but the blower fan will only work intermittently. I have replaced the blower fan switch which was burned up and it worked great for a couple of days....now it is doing the same thing again. I have had it to the Ford dealer and they don't seem to be able to fix it. Any help in the matter would be greatly appreciated!
