it is a 24000 gvw, i dont think it is too light duty, it was used as a tanker truck by a pipe cleaning company. i have heard that this was not too uncomon (firewall mounted booster) on the L series of this size. i am pretty sure it was a tanker since it was new since when i was redoing i found a registration from the early 80s that listed it as a tanker and to the same company.i would like to power bleed it but i dont have a power bleeder.By the way i have put a 12 ft dumping flatbed on the truck now.
