1986 cracked flywheel - im bewildered please help

I have a 1986 chevy scottsdale with a 350 in it with a turbo 350 transmission installed. the flywheel cracked so i installed a new one a week later that one cracked it was a older one i had lying around so i thought it might have been the flywheel so i installed another one and that one cracked a week later does anyone know why this is happening? some one told me it could be the torque converter is turning the flywheel to hard causeing it but they were not sure i cannot seem to find the answer
