signal stat turn/brake wires

ok, i have no brake or turn lights int he rear working, brake light switch on the 53 big trucks is the switch out on firewall with the two threaded post connectors, right ? white wire or wires, and/or small plastic yellow wire*

i have nothing, traced wires back to back and all is connected, found a larger aluminum wire near bulkhead fuse box connector in firewall that is flashing turn signal on left with the front, but for somereason doesn reach back to the light, and then i gotta deal with brake lights power and right turn signal power..

time for new cables i believe..

what color wires supposed to be fromt he signalt stat on the column for the left and right turn signals ?

i need a 6 volt bulb tester asap, hmm
