A Farmall H engine might be a little underpowered, but how about an engine from maybe a 400? Diesel? how about from a 560? You could run the exhaust under the cab, and then straight up the sides of the box to cab top level. I know, I am dreaming, but how cool would a 40s Dodge be blowing black diesel smoke?
