At least 50 hp out of the 400 450, a little tweaking would yield some increases. Off hand, I can't remember the cubic inch displacement of the 560, somewhere around 300 I think, but it is a six cylinder, and might be a tight fit.
I did see a middle 60s I.H. pickup at a show once which had been fitted with a diesel engine which came out of a 1206, complete with turbo. That particular swap required some massaging of the engine bay, but nothing major.
