SORRY but I got off subject on last post and forgot to answer your question.
The thing you need to look at is a Gooseneck has a frame rail. The 28" pup does not. It gets its strength from the sides of the trailer and has been designed to sit on a 5th wheel. You will only be able to attach at the 3x3 skid plate under trailer. I think this will be cause for a unstabble attachment because of the high cube of the trailer. High rollover risk in turns!!!
