'78 Ford Brakes?

My brake pedal pumps up close to top but when I start the truck the brake pedal goes down to the bottom and doesn't stop the truck. Red brake light come on. I added one can of brake fluid--same results. I don't see any leaking on the lines near the wheels. Possible solutions? Thanks.
