More info needed!!!!!!!! Things to check!!!!
You had to add a can of fluid. You got a leak some where.
Did master cyl run dry. If so you may have air in system.
Check for fluid running out of bottom of drum at backing plate.(wheel cyl leaking)
Do you have power brakes? If so check for fluid running down front of unit where Master cyl mounts. If not check for fluid running down inner fire wall by your foot. Take bolts loose on master cyl and see if it is wet. fluid may be running into power brake unit.
If you were not losing fluid I would say start truck pump up brakes and hold pressure. Does it leak down slowly? Master cyl leaking back into reservoir. But this will NOT make you loss fluid.
Post back with more info and we can go from there.
