If you have a good running truck that has been well maintained. Keep it. If it's not meeting your needs, find something that fits it better. I have 180,000 miles on my 1997 dodge pickup- it's never left me on the side of the road. I do most of the regular maintenance on it myself. It has been in the shop a few times, but no major repairs have happened since the warranty ran out at 100k. I have owned several different brands of pickups, and I have found them all reliable past 150,000 miles. My dad usually puts on 250,000 miles on a vehicle before he trades off(travels alot for work). I sure would like a new dodge diesel to tow my tractors around, but it's hard to trade in a good vehicle.
