I have to "Ditto!" what 26Red said below. If you've had it awhile and you've done the maintenance or had it maintained by a reliable mechanic, then I'd keep it.
I have a 94 Ranger with 137,000 miles on it and expect to get 200,000. I use it as a truck, and for personal transportation. I maintained it religously and although I would like something bigger, just can't justify it yet. Any repair is cheaper than a new truck. This truck has the 4.0L V-6 and I have only added oil once between oil changes in all of the years I've had it. I guess this truck is kind of like my wife---it's been so good that I'm afraid to try a new one!!
Maintnance is the key to all of this; a lot of folks don't really have a clue about how long a vehicle will run if properly maintained.
