I work for a construction co. with a fleet of 32 chevy 3/4 ton pickups. We keep them 10-12 years and put around 250,000 miles on them before setting on the corner to sell. These are hard working construction miles with no problems! Maintenance is everything! If your truck has been well maintained and in good shape then 120,000 miles would not concern me in the least!
