The clutch slave cylinder is external, just to the left of the bellhousing. I think using the power brake booster between the linkage and the clutch master cylinder is feasable. I have 6 of these F150s and kept a newer power booster that one of my junked trucks had on it. With all of the hauling I do, I really like to have a manual tranny. My main income is delivering pizza and the town I do it in has some really steep hills on the north end. I really like having a tranny with the granny first gear like my current 84 which has the T18. I'm gonna do some measuring and see if I could fit the extra power booster in there and also measure the pedals travel. If that works, my only concern left is the amount of vacuum. The truck I would be doing it on is a newly aquired one owner 86 F150 300 inline 6 with 112,000 miles.
