The clutch slave cylinder is external, just to the
left of the bellhousing. I think using the power
brake booster between the linkage and the
clutch master cylinder is feasable. I have 6 of
these F150s and kept a newer power booster
that one of my junked trucks had on it. With all
of the hauling I do, I really like to have a
manual tranny. My main income is delivering
pizza and the town I do it in has some really
steep hills on the north end. I really like having
a tranny with the granny first gear like my
current 84 which has the T18. I'm gonna do
some measuring and see if I could fit the extra
power booster in there and also measure the
pedals travel. If that works, my only concern
left is the amount of vacuum. The truck I would
be doing it on is a newly aquired one owner
86 F150 300 inline 6 with 112,000 miles.
