You had me doing a double take on the handle! I have a diesel heated steam cleaning power washer that I tried on it already. In fact, I thought it was just caked on and dried mud until I started pressure washing while laying on a creeper on my back! I think I will be able to chip some of it off by hand and then use the best degreasing solvent I can find. If all else fails, I guess I will just have to undercoat over it!
I think I have asked this before, John, but where are you in Nebraska?
