backfire

My IH dumptruck backfires after along hard pull right when I let off of the gas.Some times it does it going downhill but not as bad.Truck starts and runs very well.It has electronic ignition.I know it is getting raw or unused fuel biulding up in exhaust but not sure how to solve problem.Anyone know anything about this? Tired of scaring people and hurting my ears.
