You didn't say what make or model truck you have my friend? And let me tell you this can make all the differance in the lifespan of a truck! A 1970 Dodge D100 for instance is twice the truck than let's say a early 80's Ford pickup, especially with a 318 and 727 combo. One of these should be good to well over 150,000 miles and some have been known to go twice that before needing to be looked at? The early 80's Fords on the other hand will be practically shot at this amount of miles especially if you live where salt is used a lot and the power train will be tired to at around 150,000.
