0205=february 5th
cpb= 305 CI

the next 9 digits are the last 9 of the vin of the original vehicle.
1=engine code (most cars i have seen from this era use letter codes, number might mean it is a truck engine)
6=model year (80?or81 and up had letters for year codes pre 68 has only 2 digits on engine code [the cpb]and didnt have this second set of numbers, so this has to be 1976)
B= assy. plant (sorry dont know what B is)
517835 consecutive serial # of vehicle
