94 F150

I know it's a little new, but this weekend I had my steering wheel go bad on me completely, and I have no idea what happened.

Horn or cruise don't work any more, but the columb does. Any idea what happened? I checked all fuses and connections, and even pushed the steering wheel in to see if it has come out or not, but nothing has seemed to work. Has anyone had this happen?
