ford L600 vibration

well i finally got my brakes bled out and got my temp plates today. i took the truck for a drive and noticed it has a very bad vibration that shakes the truck between about 20 and 35 mph. i suspect that it is a flatspot or something like that on one of my front tires. does this sound about right and does anyone have any other ideas on what could cause this.
