HELP!!!!

i have a 460 in a 78 bronco i just put it in about 4 months ago...since then ive gone through my original starter, another one that wouldnt engage the flexplate (and kind of chewed it up) and now my new one wont disengage from the
flex-plate, is there something wrong on my flexplate? The motor is supposed to have been rebuilt not too long ago. so its probably not the thrust washer.could the flexplate have warped?i dunno anything will help
