63 International 4X4

I bought a 1963 International 3/4 T 4X4 today that needs a little TLC to be in fair condition. Needs a tune up and the seller broke the flange off at the rear of the transfer case where the shaft hooks up then not being a mechanic he threw the shaft up in the bed and decided to sell it. Its a V-8. Are they worth anything as collector value. It has the original 1963 Kalivornia license plates on front and rear which he said he was told they are worth $150.00. Is he jerking my chain or what? Sonny
