You don't say what year spread or type, like two=pce or one. If a 3/4 ton on say 50's trucks, some say a Ford wheel in 8-lug has diff offset to clear, just won't have clips for orig hubcaps. Go to www.stovebolt.com and look in archives or ask on forum, plenty has been said lately on just this topic.
