block heater blew out of the block!!

today when i was waiting for my truck (89 chevy 3/4 ton) to warm up the block heater blew out of the block and spilled anti freeze all over the concrete slab where it was parked. is there any way to fix this by my self cheply and easily the heater still looks good but it looks like there was a small bolt that went through it to hold in in the block? im new to chevy trucks if it matters at all it has a 350. any help would be appreciated
