Weight of Ford/International 6.9 diesel motor???

Anyone know how much the 6.9 diesel in my
83 F350 weighs?? It has a t-19 bolted to the
back of it and I'm sure that tranny weighs at
least 200 pounds. Clutch might weigh 100
pounds. I don't want to bend my new engine
hoist. The cab is getting replaced so I can cut
the front section (ahead of the radiator) out
before I remove the motor/tranny.
