90 GMC 350 rough idle solution

John McPherson gets the prize! Timing chain was stretched had about 5/8" play. I guess after 333,000 miles she needed a new chain. I replaced it with a cloyes true roller chain and cam button with needle bearing. She idles and runs like a top. Thanks for all of your help!
