63 Chevy Gas Tank Placement

I am debating on weather to rebuild/replace the gas tank on my 63 that I am rebuilding by going back in behind the seat or to relocate to a frame mount. Truckandcarshop.com has a frame rail mount tank that is about the same cost as a new cab mount. I would appreciate some opinions on safety, setup etc.
