Michael Three things to check, first is a fuseuble link, check this by seeing if you have power to all the fuses, if you don't, trace the wire, unwrap the tape on the harness just forward of your master cylinder, and replace the link, really cheap. Next is the tilt wheel, if you have one, put it all the way in the down position, if that works, leave it there. Third thing is the headlight switch, remove it, check it with an ohm meter with it turned on to see if it is grounding out, if it is, it will blow the fuse link that gives it power. Headlight switch is a dealer item, about 40 bucks. If you flash your lights a lot, it will wear out. Good Luck
