You're right, they were manufactured in Burnaby, British Columbia in the 70's but i'm not sure if they survived to the 80's. Actually got to see my first Grizzly at the Vancouver auto show in the 70's. Not a good looking venture to say the least. Lots of straight sheet metal, few curves. I remember straight doors with piano style door hinges Kenworth style. Cab was basically box style with flat windshield. Pickup box had low bed rails and tail gate to compensate loggers lifting heavy chainsaws in and out. Owner had choice of which chassis, but I believe Ford was the choice then. I saw one just a few years ago so I,m assuming there may still be a few survivors. HP
