Have you changed the battery cables? I would not have believed it, but they can go bad over time. Another possibility is a less than great ground connection. A way of finding such problems is to feel the cables after having the starter crank the engine for 30 seconds, or so. If the cables are warm or hot at any point on them or at any connection, you have found the problem. Another remote possibility is a solenoid that is almost worn out. Again, there should be heat if that is the problem. Good luck!
