Hardly worth the effort unless you have something that has seen extremely limited use since the late 70s. By the mid 80s even "regular" had only a fraction of the lead that gas had in it in 1980. By now (20+ years)most engines have run enough "unleaded" through them that any damage it was going to cause has been done. Unless you have found some pristine barn queeen that been locked away.
