So are you saying that the 283 V8 doesnt have the punch power that a 292 6 has?? But has the overall top speed?? And if I decide to upgrade the HP of the 283 I should consider a different tranny?? And if I decide to go to a different engine all together what would be a good swap up with the minimal amount of modifications to things like the frame and drive line??
