There the same thing some turn a little farther becaust of the thread pitch of the locking mechanism but they have the same in/out travel and are interchangeable. My brother scuffed a bridge wall with my 86 K/20 chevy pickup and tore the passenger side hub lock off so now it too has one lock that turns 1/4 a turn and one that goes 3/4 the one that goes 3/4 turns easier because of the thread pitch of the lock as long as all of the parts are in there it should be working
