Unfortunately Ohio is one of those states that is a real pain about this. If you do go to the
replacement title route (through Hemmings) make
sure they know you are from Ohio. There was an excellent article about this in either Vintage
Truck or This Old Truck awhile back. If you are interested let me know and I will research it for you. The petty little bureaucrats in my county were very unsympathetic when I tried to
get a replacement title for my Jeep.
