The tags you will be forced to buy will kill you. It'll only be able to be tagged as a comercial vehicle, onless you get some sort of antique tags.
The 305 and 351 V-6 motors in these things were bullit proof monsters.
He is right about the cab rot. another thing to look at is checking for a broken leaf or two on the spring packs in back. Upgrading to disc brakes is an easy and wise thing to do too.
