Front end alignment question.

No its not a classic but on my 92 S-10 it started pulling hard to the right. I just had an alignment done less than a year ago and i`ve been watching the tires and they are wearing good. I jacked it up today and had a look around and it looks like it has a little play in the idler arm on the passenger side,could this be causing the problem? Everything else appears to be tight. Anything else i should check?
