moving cab on F150

Hope this is okay to post here, my truck is an 86 so it barely qualifies, but I am restoring it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to move a cab onto the frame? I'm putting a new one on since the old one was rotted badly with rust. Should I build a hoist? Thanks!
