Real easy, contact Advance Adapter they have all you need. Also, you will need a unit to control the 700 R4 as you have no computer. I know that PAW sells the unit but you should be able to get it from Summit as well. For all the trouble, you may want to consider a Gear Vendors overdrive. Then you would have an 6 speed with no problematic adaptation.
