Painless Performance has a TH-700R Lockup kit for "...carbureted engine and not have to buy an expensive computer or speed sensor..." Jeg's part # 764-60109 Sells for $ 124.99. As the other posts indicate, the 700R4 is vacuum controled with this unit. Again, Advance Adapter has all the parts necessary to do the swap. They have great tech support.
