If you going to stay with the 6.50 x 20 I would stay
with the stock wheels. The only place you can get that
truck tire is Coker in a bias ply and rims that narrow
are next to impossible to find. I'm assuming the two
piece rims are lock ring (commonly mis-identified as
split rims or widow makers) and in sound condition
most truck shops will work on them and they are safe. I
have 20-650s for my '49 Dodge 1 ton (6 lug) and the
biggest problem was getting the tires from Coker.
