53 Chevy Cab need some info and input

ive bought a 53 chevy 3/4 ton and the cab is in bad shape. floor pans rusted through and lots of rust throughout. bout the only good thing is the drivers door lol. anyway what would a good cab minus interior bring and whats the availabilty near tn. any ideas or help would be great. i dont think this one would be worth repairing. im sure it could be done but at what cost. This was my wifes grandfathers truck so its important to me. Thanks Chris email me with any info thanks again.
